Rabbits can be litter trained and can easily be trained for other things like redirecting digging and chewing behaviors. Rabbits are generally clean animals and typically do not require baths, but regular brushing keeps their coat healthy. Nail trimming is a must for rabbits. And their teeth must be checked on a regular basis for lack of proper wear.. Even the best pelleted food is not complete for a rabbit's diet. Fresh grass hay should be provided as well as fresh vegetables.
